What do smart leaders know about diversity that sets them apart? Why is it that diversity and inclusion are such hot topics today? During this show I will be talking to Dr Suzanne Doyle Morris the CEO and founder of the InclusIQ Institute which creates playful yet thought provoking tools for inclusive leadership and reducing unconscious bias. She received her PhD from the University of Cambridge, where she focused on the experiences of women working in male-dominated fields.
