Inspired by 9/11 to protect his country, Tony Lutz left his successful career and beautiful wife and children to join the army. On patrol in Iraq, Corporal Lutz was killed by a sniper. When his dad, George Lutz, got the devastating news and tried to begin to heal by talking with other Gold Star families, he found that what was most important to them was for their loved ones' sacrifice to never be forgotten. Today, George tells us the story of how his son was inspired to to make a difference, and about how George, himself, was inspired to found Honor and Remember, a non-profit organization that leaves a legacy in the form of a national symbol: the Honor and Remember flag. He's determined to have this flag flown on every flagpole in America. So far, 26 states have adopted it and there are bills before Congress for national adoption of the flag. His organization has presented 4,000 handmade personalized flags to families and has a long waiting list. Hear his chilling and important story.
